TCB TI II is a circular blade with TiN-coated tungsten carbide teeth, developed for cutting alloy steels, high-carbon steels and materials subject to high thermal loads.
The TiN coating significantly increases resistance to wear and heat, improving tool life and maintaining consistent cutting performance even under demanding operating conditions.
It is the ideal choice where standard blades are not sufficient to ensure durability and stability, particularly on harder or more abrasive materials.
Especially suitable for steels with high carbon content (≥ 0.40%).
