Highly anticipated novelties in the field of AMADA technology for the laser cutting, the recent arrival on the European market of the 6 kW version of the VENTIS- AJ technology so far available up to 4 kW. And if this machine already allowed an operation comparable to those of 6 kW, with the new edition you get a performance comparable to even more powerful systems (8-10 kW), with greater energy savings and a further evolved cutting quality.
SPEED AND PRECISION
Compared to the well-known functions of Quality Mode (for perfect slag-free cutting of stainless steel), Productivity Mode (which guarantees unmatched processing speed) and Kerf Control Mode (which allows you to enlarge the cutting groove by facilitating the removal of the workpiece both manually and automatically), now the latest addition to the AMADA family also features the LBC Flash Cut mode, that brings the machining on the holes at an unmatched speed and precision, reaching up to 14 per second against 2/3 per second of other technologies.
NEW CONTROL SYSTEM FOR A UNIQUE QUALITY
VENTIS-AJ technology had already brought unmatched quality to sheet metal cutting, launching the new generation of machines with fiber laser source. This system has been made innovative by the system of control and modulation of the beam that allows to manage the pattern of the laser beam during the cutting process, depending on the thickness and materials to be processed. VENTIS uses, in fact, its own fiber laser generator with AMADA single module, providing the plant with an amazing cutting quality and a very high processing speed.

The 6 kW also includes the i-Nozzle Checker (which includes automatic beam centring) and i-CAS, for a quick nesting of the residual material details thanks to the integrated camera.
