AMADA VOICE, THE TELEPHONE SERVICE

The long machine downtime will be a distant memory with the AMADA VOICE service that, thanks to our team of highly specialized technicians, guarantees timely solutions. With a simple phone call, in fact, any problem is taken in charge within only 90 minutes from the signal and promptly resolved directly to the phone or planning an intervention in place, when necessary. AMADA VOICE is always available from Monday to Friday from 8.00 to 12.30 and from 13.30 to 19.00 and also on Saturday mornings from 8.30 to 12.30.

 

 

IoT SUPPORT, THE REMOTE ASSISTANCE

Through augmented reality and the most advanced technologies of the Internet of Things, AMADA offers the most innovative remote assistance service, timely and efficient. With IoT SUPPORT, AMADA is able to guarantee immediate assistance anytime and anywhere. Moreover, thanks to the constant collection of data from the plants, with IoT SUPPORT our technicians are able to report the necessary maintenance work before any problems arise, thus opening the door to predictive maintenance. The advantages of this service are really many: remote assistance with augmented reality allows you to optimize production, avoid any downtime, simplify service processes and have a constant monitoring of your plants.

CONTRACTS FOR SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE

AMADA has developed an effective and constant support service for any need related to the operation of its software. Designed specifically for the Solution Pack or multi-technology in its Gold formula, this service solution provides a team of specialized technicians to assist you both by phone and by telephone. AMADA is also ready to provide qualified personalized advice in order to allow the maximum exploitation of all the potential of our software applications. In addition to telephone or telematics support and assistance, specialized advice and all the necessary software updates, you can also take advantage of reduced rates in case you need an intervention at your company.

BASIC AND FULL MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS

By choosing an AMADA system, in addition to ensuring a machine with the latest technology, you also buy an innovative, efficient and timely service, which aims to eliminate machine breakdown. There are two types of service contracts dedicated to Blanking and Bending: BASIC andFULL. Both are designed to improve service management, simplify operator life and optimize plant operation. With these contracts you secure a high quality service package and with the FULL contract, in addition to all this, you have unlimited access to all AMADA services.

BASIC

The BASIC contract guarantees to optimize the life cycle of your plant, with a programmable preventive maintenance, the update of CNC software on AMADA indication, the intervention of specialized technicians with original spare parts and the access to our offers on all consumables, as well as a discount on the hourly rate for interventions in case of breakdowns or machine downtime.

 

FULL

The FULL contract is our "worry-free" solution that allows you to always have the security of complete assistance. Available for our fiber lasers and bending machines with automatic mold change, this solution ensures a high quality service package, which includes all the BASIC offer and the remote IoT service, In addition, there are other additional performances and benefits, such as the possibility of having unlimited interventions in case of failures and extended warranty on the generator.
