Sales Administrator

 

This is a temporary full time fixed term contract for 6 months, with the possibility of becoming
a permanent position working in the newly formed Bandsaw Department at Kidderminster
Head office.

 

 

JOB PURPOSE:

Answer all incoming enquiries
Blade quotations and follow up
Create and update Sales Force database.
Call customers and make contact
Input customer orders
Rise labour and travel invoices.
Dealing with internal and external enquiries.
General Administration duties

 

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

Previous experience in Administration
Knowledge of Customer needs
CRM input – experience preferable
Telephone confident to call and chase quotes
Google Sheets an advantage – not essential
