SUPER HL

SUPERIOR CUTTING POWER FOR STAINLESS STEELS AND LARGE DIAMETERS

/

Designed for demanding cuts, from tool steel to stainless steel

SUPER HL is a bimetal bandsaw blade developed to efficiently cut complex materials and large diameters.
Its patented HI-LO tooth geometry reduces cutting resistance through alternating tooth heights and a more efficient chip evacuation channel. The variable rake angle helps optimize force distribution, keeping the blade stable even during heavy-duty cutting and in mixed operations with high percentages of stainless steel.
Manufactured from M42 high-speed steel with 8% cobalt, it delivers an optimal combination of durability, reliability and consistent performance, making it ideal for applications requiring high productivity and smooth cutting on difficult materials.

CUTTING CAPABILITY

High cutting capacity, especially for difficult-to-cut materials. Suitable for both single cutting and bundle cutting.

CUTTING CHANNEL

Sectional cutting channel combined with patented tooth geometry.

RUN-IN

The absence of a proper initial run-in can significantly compromise blade durability, reducing the average service life by up to approximately 30%.

IDEAL FOR STAINLESS STEEL

Excellent performance in mixed operation with a high percentage of stainless steel, ensuring consistent performance in the most demanding applications.

Hotspots

ANTI PINCHING (AP) VERSION AVAILABLE

Designed to prevent blade damage caused by material pinching during cutting.

HI-LO GEOMETRY

The special HI-LO geometry, characterized by a difference in tooth height, reduces friction during cutting and lowers cutting resistance. This configuration is particularly effective on tougher materials such as stainless steels.

MATERIAL APPLICATION RANGE

Wide application range, from tool steels to stainless steels.
