AXCELA A is an uncoated carbide-tipped bandsaw blade designed for cutting aluminium castings and non-ferrous metals.
It is particularly suitable for high-productivity applications on automatic bandsaw machines, even at high speeds, ensuring consistent and reliable performance over time.
Available with two different tooth configurations, AXCELA A allows optimisation of the cutting process according to the material:
– D2 for aluminium with low silicon content (<7%);
– D3 for high-silicon aluminium (>7%) and more abrasive materials.
Thanks to its versatility, AXCELA A is an effective solution for a wide range of applications on light alloys.
