Maximum efficiency in high-strength applications

AXCELA G is a coated carbide-tipped bandsaw blade developed to deliver excellent cutting performance on materials where conventional bimetal blades are ineffective or operate with significant limitations. The AlCrN-equivalent coating (EXCOAT-SG), with a hardness of approximately 3000 HV, significantly enhances wear resistance and thermal stability, ensuring durability and consistent cutting quality.
The blade incorporates a segmented cutting channel to improve chip evacuation and prevent overheating, while the microchamfered tooth tip ensures precise and controlled penetration, making it ideal for high-performance machines such as the AMADA PCSAW series.
This blade is particularly suitable for chip removal in alloy steels, tool steels and stainless steels and is also available in the SMARTCUT version to maximise productivity.

The microchamfered tooth tip enables ultra-high cutting speeds while reducing tooth chipping.

SMARTCUT VERSION AVAILABLE

The special 41 x 0.9 mm blade, developed specifically for the PCSAW 330 bandsaw, reduces kerf loss by up to 25%, offering significant economic benefits, especially when cutting high-value materials. Its dedicated geometry and robust structure optimize cutting performance, making the SMARTCUT version an ideal solution for high-volume production.
