The AMADA H 1000 II is part of AMADA’s largest range of horizontal bandsaws and is designed for cutting large-sized materials with maximum reliability.
It is a semi-automatic machine that allows the workpiece to be positioned via a push-button command; once set to length, the cutting cycle is carried out automatically according to the preset cutting parameters.
In the H 1000 II model, the drag vice moves the workpiece into position, ensuring precise alignment and effective handling even of very heavy loads.

BLADE DEVIATION SENSOR
The sensor continuously monitors the cutting angle: if the blade exceeds the preset tolerance, the machine stops automatically, preventing scrap and reducing the risk of blade breakage.
