This electric bending cell is designed to be the easiest to use, offering unparalleled speed and accuracy. It features automatic check-run function, allowing seamless execution of new programs. The smart loading device, coupled with a double loading camera, simplifies part setup and optimizes cycle time. AUTOMATIC PRODUCTION

AMADA introduces its new all-electric press brake along with a faster robot than the previous model. This innovative combination ensures the automatic production of various parts with consistently high quality and reduced cycle times.

BACKGAUGE

The new back gauge features three fully independent fingers, two rear and one side, for enhanced control and precision.
This enables the robot to align the part along all axes.

ANGLE DETECTION

The EGB-1303ARse is equipped with the new bending indicator Bi-S II that allows for inline angle adjustment.
The device is fully automatic and is up to 85% faster than the previous model.

DYNAMIC ASYMMETRIC CROWNING

The machine has servo-electric crowning, which is a new solution with asymmetrical management. This feature helps achieve the best results for offset bending.

AUTOMATIC TOOL CHANGER

The Automatic Tool Changer (ATC) reduces the set-up times by creating tools layouts quickly and accurately in under 2 minutes, even for complex parts.
The latest ATC model has an increased capacity of 30% and maximum Vee size of 50.

SMART LOADING DEVICE

The AMADA Smart Loading Device allows pallet loaded parts to be picked up and transferred to the robot. This device reduces the dead zone on the pallet and streamlines the loading process.
While a part is being bent, the next one is loaded for continuous operation. The Smart Loading Device has several options to accomodate different part sizes.

OFFLINE PROGRAMMING

The programming of EGB-1303ARse is completely automatic thanks to the VPSS 4ie ARBEND software, including the optimization of robot movements for exceptional cycle times.

EASE OF USE:
