COMBINED MACHINES
Last born in AMADA, theASR-PR technology is certainly the most advanced automated system of the moment for the phases of loading and unloading of sheet metal and automated separation of parts. Its innovative installation on the left side of the systems, in addition to greater overall compactness, also guarantees total flexibility in production, allowing easy manual intervention of operators in case of specific needs. The same features are offered even by automation AS-NTK+ULS-NTK, with the addition of its two storage towers to service the company.
PUNCHING MACHINES
Suitable to be combined with all AMADA punching machines, the MP-SheetCat automation allows the automated loading and unloading of pallets for sheets up to 3000x1500 mm width and thicknesses
ranging from 0.5 to 6 mm. For those who also need the availability of a tower with an automated storage function, AMADA has studied the AS-III- MP solution to which the PR-III part picking system can also be added. To the latter it is possible to associate the L-III technology for loading also virgin sheet pallets.
LASER CUTTING MACHINES
A wide range of AMADA automations also for laser cutting systems, starting from the MP series for the loading and unloading of sheet metal and the automatic pallet change. For an automated production flow at the highest levels, AMADA has also designed the advanced AS LUL system that, combined further with TK-EU technology, allows, in addition to the loading and unloading functions of pallets, automatic separation of the processed parts and their storage according to the specific production needs. These solutions allow to work also on sheets up to 20 mm thick and represent a real revolution of production flows that, thanks to AMADA automation, can work in continuous cycle in total safety.
BENDING MACHINES
In the bending sector, the ATC automation system, supplied on AMADA HRB-ATC and HG-ATC machines, is now indispensable: this solution provides for the automatic change of tools, allowing a safe, continuous and more productive cycle. Another technology in the service of bending machines, the ROBOT, with their functionality, are able to replace the most complex manual tasks, eliminating the margins of error and drastically reducing the time of tooling and mobilization of parts. Optional on any AMADA system, the robot allows more precise, efficient and safe machining.
CS – COMPACT STORAGE
A real modular storage system according to the logistic and operational needs of individual companies, fully automated. This advanced AMADA solution can be combined with any AMADA cutting machine (laser, punching and combined) and represents a real step towards the future for business productivity: its technology allows in fact to store and manage all the different types of processing, keep track of
