The THV 1200 is designed for finishing plates up to 1,200 × 1,200 mm, delivering consistent surface quality even when machining complex formats.
With the Ø 425 mm cutter configuration, it allows a maximum working height of 400 mm, ensuring flexibility across a wide range of applications.
Thanks to the excellent surface finish achieved, secondary machining operations are almost never required.
Machine functions are managed via a user-friendly CNC control, allowing quick cycle setup and immediate process monitoring, making the machine easy to operate for any user.

AUTOMATIC WORKPIECE POSITIONING

Automatic stops simplify setup: the operator only needs to insert and clamp the workpiece, reducing preparation time and minimizing errors.

AUTOMATIC WORKPIECE MEASUREMENT

The system automatically checks the dimensions of the raw part and calculates the workpiece center, ensuring precision and repeatability from the very first operation.

Both milling heads always operate at the same distance from the workpiece, ensuring symmetrical machining and a consistent cutting depth on both sides.
