Ideal for machining wide plates with stability and continuous performance

The PMH 1308 is designed for machining plates up to 1,300 × 800 × 300 mm. Thanks to its robust structure and the Ø 525 mm cutter, it enables complete milling in a single pass, reducing machining times and ensuring excellent results from the very first operation.
The combination of spindle power and tool width delivers a high-quality surface finish, minimizing the need for subsequent finishing passes.
The machine also features a large working area and good accessibility, making workpiece handling easier and more efficient.

MILLING HEAD

Specifically designed for plate milling, with minimal head inclination to ensure consistent precision and surface quality.

CLEAN AND PROTECTED WORKING ENVIRONMENT

The full enclosure ensures effective containment of chips and coolant.

ELECTRO-PERMANENT MAGNETIC CHUCK

Equipped with an electro-permanent magnetic chuck connected to the CNC.

EXTRA-ROBUST SPINDLES

The PMH-1308 is equipped with a high-performance ISO-60 spindle, significantly more robust than the ISO-40 or ISO-50 spindles used on conventional milling machines. With the same drive power (22.4 kW), the ISO-60 spindle with reinforced gearing delivers up to 1,660 Nm of torque, ensuring outstanding performance even in demanding machining operations.
