The HPSAW 310 takes steel cutting to a new level of speed, precision and efficiency. Thanks to Hypersaw technology and the AXCELA HP-MS and AXCELA HP-TS carbide blades, developed specifically for this model , productivity can increase by up to ten times compared to conventional bandsaws, while significantly reducing the cost per cut.
The extremely rigid bridge-type structure ensures stability even under heavy loads, while the high-pressure coolant system creates a fluid cushion that reduces vibration, friction and energy consumption. The dual blade guide rollers, optimized chip evacuation and automatic CNC control ensure a stable, accurate and consistently reliable cutting process.
With its combination of high productivity, operational efficiency and full automation readiness, the HPSAW 310 can replace multiple traditional machines, reducing floor space, maintenance needs and overall operating costs in high-volume production environments.
