The PCSAW 720 is designed for large-format cutting with a stable, smooth, and remarkably quiet process. The silent-pulse unit and anti-vibration roller keep the blade steady throughout the cut, significantly reducing noise and improving operator comfort.
Alongside this stability, the machine delivers excellent cutting performance even on difficult materials such as Inconel ®, titanium alloys and Hastelloy , which benefit from the precision and consistency of Pulse Cutting technology.

PULSE CUTTING TECHNOLOGY

The controlled mechanical pulses applied to the blade generate an oscillating motion that induces intermittent tooth contact with the material, decreasing chip formation and reducing both penetration force and overall cutting resistance. This dynamic enables cutting speeds that are significantly higher than those achieved with conventional continuous-cut systems.

UNMATCHED CUTTING POWER

The 11 kW blade motor, combined with Pulse Cutting technology, ensures stable penetration even on extremely tough materials such as Inconel, Hastelloy, and titanium.

QUIET AND VIBRATION-CONTROLLED OPERATION
