A grinding machine designed to deliver stable performance, micrometric accuracy and easy, efficient handling of both surface and profile grinding tasks

The Techster 52 combines a high-rigidity cast-iron base with hand-scraped dual-V slideways, ensuring exceptional stability and consistent machining results, even in delicate applications. The patented hydraulic table drive enables up to 300 strokes per minute, delivering high productivity without compromising accuracy.
Thanks to high-resolution direct measuring systems and the latest Fanuc control, the Techster 52 achieves micrometric precision on surfaces, slots, patterns and interpolated profiles.
A compact yet powerful solution for workshops and toolrooms requiring precision, repeatability, and fast workflow management.

EASY OPERATION

A practical and intuitive machine, available with a wide range of equipment to suit specific customer requirements, and already supplied with all essential accessories in the standard version.

SHOULDER AND GROOVE GRINDING OPTION

Automatic machining of parts and models is supported by surface and plunge grinding cycles, easily managed via standard macros without the need for advanced programming skills.

PROFILE GRINDING OPTION

The profile grinding function allows complex geometries to be defined by entering just a few parameters, with immediate graphic display and simulation, without requiring programming knowledge.

INTEGRATED GRINDING OPTION

Integrated grinding technology on the X and Y axes enables complex profiles to be machined even in carbide, using diamond grinding wheels and high-frequency oscillations for precise and efficient machining.

LARGE ERGONOMIC HANDWHEELS Large, dedicated handwheels for each axis make machine adjustments quick and intuitive. They enable fast machine set-up and precise movement control during workpiece preparation.
FANUC 32i-FB CNC CONTROL Modern and intuitive CNC control with a clear menu structure and straightforward programming. Designed for fast, efficient operation, it simplifies machine use even for less experienced operators.
