The Techster 64 is engineered to deliver high performance and absolute precision in both profile and surface grinding. Its robust cast-iron structure, equipped with hand-scraped dual-V slideways and a low-center-of-gravity design, ensures exceptional stability and flawless results even on demanding materials such as steel, carbide, and ceramics.
Thanks to the high-resolution digital measuring system and the latest Fanuc control, the Techster 64 offers accurate axis positioning and simplified execution of complex grinding cycles. Standard programs for surfaces, slots, interpolations, and profiles streamline operations and make the machine accessible even to less-experienced operators.
The combination of high-speed table motion up to 300 strokes/min, advanced wheel profiling with the TP3 dresser, and a wide range of available options makes the Techster 64 a versatile and highly capable solution. It is ideal for manufacturers who require repeatable precision, fast setup times, and continuous production reliability.

FORMED WHEEL DRESSING

Several optional dressers are available, including a swivelling rotary dresser. The integrated digital vision system ensures high precision in defining and controlling the formed profile.

ECO MACHINE WITHOUT HYDRAULIC SYSTEM

The fully supported V-V guideway table driven by a ball screw enables precise grinding at any speed, reducing CO₂ emissions by up to 80% and significantly lowering overall environmental impact (Capability of grinding concave forms and tapered profiles).

SPACE-SAVING DESIGN

The sophisticated moving column structure ensures one of the smallest floor space requirements in its class, optimising workshop layout.

FRONT-SIDE OPERATION

Controls positioned on the front side improve machine ergonomics and simplify daily operator tasks.
