One blade, endless applications

The SGLB is AMADA’s universal bimetal bandsaw blade, designed to deliver reliability and performance across a wide range of materials and material sizes.
Thanks to its M42 high-speed steel tooth edge, it delivers stable and uniform cutting, making it suitable for both single cuts and bundle cutting. It is available in a wide range of tooth pitches and blade widths.
It is also available in the SMARTCUT version (41 x 0.9 mm), specifically optimised to increase productivity on medium-small sections for our PCSAW 330 bandsaw.

Ensures consistent performance on solid materials and thick-walled tubes, suitable for single-piece and bundle cutting.

AMADA’s proprietary heat treatment process optimally enhances the material’s positive properties, expanding its application range.

SMARTCUT VERSION AVAILABLE

The special 41 x 0.9 mm blade, developed specifically for the PCSAW 330 bandsaw, reduces kerf loss by up to 25%, offering significant economic benefits, especially when cutting high-value materials. Its dedicated geometry and robust structure optimize cutting performance, making the SMARTCUT version an ideal solution for high-volume production.
