Maximum efficiency on long-chipping and high-resistance materials

SIGMA is a bimetal bandsaw blade engineered to deliver high performance on stainless steels, heat-resistant alloys and difficult-to-machine materials. Its patented tooth geometry works in combination with an extremely positive rake angle to significantly reduce cutting resistance and promote an aggressive yet stable cutting behavior.
The cutting channel, designed for differential load distribution, improves chip evacuation, enhancing flow in long-chipping materials and preventing work hardening.
Manufactured from M42 high-speed steel with 8% cobalt, SIGMA ensures durability, consistency and top-level performance even in the most demanding applications, including aluminum and non-ferrous alloys.

Ensures consistent performance on stainless steels and aluminum alloys, suitable for both single-piece and bundle cutting.

CUTTING CHANNEL

SMARTCUT VERSION AVAILABLE

The special 41 x 0.9 mm blade, developed specifically for the PCSAW 330 bandsaw, reduces kerf loss by up to 25%, offering significant economic benefits, especially when cutting high-value materials. Its dedicated geometry and robust structure optimize cutting performance, making the SMARTCUT version an ideal solution for high-volume production.
