The THV 800 is designed for machining large plates while ensuring high quality standards. The machine handles plates up to 800 × 800 mm, with a maximum height of 230 mm in the configuration equipped with a Ø 250 mm cutter.
The excellent surface finish achieved allows, in most cases, the elimination of secondary finishing operations, helping to optimize production time and costs.
Workpiece clamping is performed via a patented hydraulic system that ensures stable and reliable fixing. Once the material data is entered, the machine automatically detects and controls the actual dimensions, ensuring optimal milling conditions.

AUTOMATIC WORKPIECE POSITIONING

Automatic stops simplify setup: the operator only needs to insert and clamp the workpiece, reducing preparation time and minimizing errors.

AUTOMATIC WORKPIECE MEASUREMENT

The system automatically checks the dimensions of the raw part and calculates the workpiece center, ensuring precision and repeatability from the very first operation.

AUTOMATIC CENTERING SYSTEM

Both milling heads always operate at the same distance from the workpiece, ensuring symmetrical machining and a consistent cutting depth on both sides.

INTEGRATED CLAMPING DEVICES

The machine is supplied with dedicated clamping devices for all workable part sizes, providing maximum operational flexibility.
