The PMH 3015 is designed for machining large plates, where precision, flatness, and surface uniformity must be maintained across particularly wide working areas.
The moving table facilitates loading and positioning operations, improving ergonomics and making workpiece handling faster and more efficient.
The PMH 3015 ensures rapid chip removal and, thanks to the intuitive CNC control, significantly increases the efficiency and productivity of machining processes.

MILLING HEAD

Specifically designed for plate milling, with minimal head inclination to ensure consistent precision and surface quality.

CLEAN AND PROTECTED WORKING ENVIRONMENT

The full enclosure ensures effective containment of chips and coolant.

UNIFORM AND HIGH-QUALITY SURFACES

The large-diameter Ø 525 mm cutter enables machining of plates up to 500 mm in width in a single pass, eliminating steps and transition marks.

NEARLY TRIPLE TORQUE COMPARED TO CONVENTIONAL MILLING MACHINES

The PMH 3015 is equipped with a high-performance ISO-60 spindle that, under comparable operating conditions, delivers up to 2,163 Nm of torque, nearly three times that of conventional milling machines with ISO-50 spindles.
