Precise, easily programmable cutting for complex and high-volume applications

The AMADA HFA 700 and HFA 1000 CII automatic bandsaws are designed for cutting tool steels and stainless steels,including large section sizes.
Thanks to compatibility with AMADA carbide blades and a structure designed to ensure maximum stability, they deliver high cutting performance and reliable results over time.
A solution developed for demanding production environments that require precision, process safety and continuous operation.

BLADE DEVIATION CONTROL

The patented AMADA system continuously monitors blade deviation and automatically stops the machine if the preset limits are exceeded. This reduces scrap and protects both the workpiece and the blade.

AUTOMATICALLY ADJUSTED BLADE GUIDES

The blade guide, automatically adjusted by the CNC, is positioned as close as possible to the material, reducing blade deviation and improving cutting stability.

ROBUST STRUCTURE WITH CUTTING FORCE CONTROL

The special column and hydraulic cylinder system ensures balanced and continuous cutting pressure, preventing vibrations and providing precise control of the force applied by the blade.

RELIABILITY IN INTENSIVE PRODUCTION CYCLES

Designed for continuous operation on difficult materials, the HFA 700/1000 CII maintains high performance even during the most demanding automatic cutting cycles.

INTUITIVE CONTROL PANEL The operator panel enables quick and easy management of automatic cycles and cutting parameters. Memorised cutting tables allow previously used settings to be recalled instantly, ensuring process continuity and repeatability.
SCREW CHIP CONVEYOR The integrated chip conveyor ensures continuous and orderly chip evacuation, keeping the work area clean even during intensive operations and when cutting large sections.
AUTOMATIC BLADE CLEANING BRUSH Automatically positioned in the optimal location, the blade cleaning brush removes residual chips during cutting, helping to preserve cutting quality and extend blade life.
